| Street turbo kit.This is the base-level single turbo system
offered to those customers needing to upgrade or replace factory twin turbos,
but not wanting to go "all the way". Replacing factory twin turbos that fail
can cost upwards of £1000 with used parts and labor.So,the team at PHR
decided to offer an alternative that at the same time would provide slightly
more Horsepower and Torque.The PHR Street Turbo System is designed to be used
with the factory USA/UK spec MAF sensor and fuel system and yields up to 510
RWHP.However, for the best and safest results,PHR recommends upgrading to the
HKS VPC, PHR Fuel Pressure Dampener bypass,and PHR high output fuel pump.This
newly developed turbo system includes a one-piece cast steel exhaust manifold
for reliable and efficient operation, PHR GT60 series turbocharger, external
wastegate, 3" mandrel bent downpipe, intercooler plumbing, air intake pipe,
K&N reusable air filter,and all hardware for a worry-free install.The
Street Turbo downpipe bolts directly to the factory catalytic converters,or to
any aftermarket downpipe. Please specify intercooler brand as our piping is
intercooler-specific.We currently have piping for HKS Type S and Greddy front

response? Look no further, this is our most popular single turbo system serving
the needs of drag racers, road racers, and professional race teams throughout
the world! Lots of imitators have tried to copy the features our Stage 2
system, but none have succeeded in obtaining the results or long-term quality
of the PHR Stage 2 Single Turbo Kit. The Stage 2 system was developed to serve
the needs of those wanting the ultimate in response, reliability, and power
output. After years of testing every turbo available to us, we have finally
settled on this particular turbo configuration. The specifications of these
turbos are considered proprietary so please don't ask us details! This very
complete kit includes a fully hand-ported HKS stainless steel 50mm single turbo
header, HKS GT series 60mm wastegate, polished PHR GT62 Series turbocharger, 3"
mandrel bent downpipe with flex section to reduce vibration, 321 stainless
steel wastegate dump tube, 4" air intake piping with reusable K&N air
filter, 3" ceramic coated intercooler piping, 3-ply silicone hose connections,
stainless steel exhaust manifold lock nuts, stainless steel exhaust gaskets,
gasket sealant, teflon paste, AN fittings, PHR billet aluminum oil drain
flanges, teflon braided wastegate and oil lines, water bypass hoses, stainless
steel hose clamps, and all other hardware necessary for a complete install. We
utilize only the finest components available such as stainless steel hardware,
CNC machined aluminum flanges, and Teflon braided lines for reliable oil and
wastegate connections. Expect boost response to be similar to stock twin turbo
system running in twin mode with 4-5 PSI by 2500 RPM and full boost by 3900
RPM. Compare that response to the top-end power supplied by the HKS, RPS, and
Greddy single turbo kits. This kit makes over 650 RWHP at 27 psi and offers a

| Stage 3 turbo kit.
This is the level where the serious horsepower is just beginning! For those who need the ultimate top-end horsepower and torque of the larger T-series ITS turbochargers, the PHR Stage 3 System is for you. The Stage 3 turbocharger (GT72) makes full boost (18 psi) by approximately 4500 RPM, and can make upwards of 700 RWHP at 32 psi. Larger upgraded camshafts such as the HKS 264 duration are recommended at this level. The Stage 3 System includes the original top-quality HKS 50mm stainless steel header, HKS GT 60mm external wastegate, 65mm 321 stainless steel wastegate dump tube, 3” mandrel bent downpipe with V-band connectors, 3” mandrel bent midpipe with V-band connectors, 3” mandrel bent “drop down” intercooler piping, high gloss 3-ply silicone connectors in red, blue, or black, 4” air intake tube, 4” K&N high flow air filter, GT72 turbocharger with polished ITS compressor housing, 10AN stainless steel braided oil drain line, 4AN Teflon stainless steel oil feed line, 4AN Teflon stainless steel wastegate control lines, stainless steel turbocharger gaskets, stainless steel locking exhaust manifold nuts, stainless steel hose clamps, and all hardware for a worry-free install.
