These Terms and Conditions shall apply to your use of the website located at whifbitz.co.uk. By using the Whifbitz site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the whifbitz.co.uk site. We welcome your comments on any of the policies or rules set out below. If you decide after placing your order that you don’t want it after all, please telephone Customer Services on +44 (0)20 8367 1286 to let them know. Once you receive the item, you have 30 days to return it to us and we will issue either a refund or replacement. Special order items are non-returnable. Parts are warrantied for 28 days from day of purchase, electrical parts warranted for 7 days. If you received your item via Royal Mail, then please return it to us via the Post Office. If the product arrives by courier, then you must telephone Customer Services to arrange a collection by courier.

If the item is faulty or damaged in transit, sign for the goods as being damaged so a claim can be processed. Please telephone Customer Services on +44 (0)20 8367 1286 upon receipt of the product to report the fault and request a replacement or refund.
